Detailed Tour Itinerary

Day1

Mumbai to Mumbai tour guests will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai as per the scheduled flight departure time and proceed to Bangkok. Upon arrival, tripo jungle Tour Manager will guide all guests for airport formalities and proceed to Pattaya. In the evening, we enjoy the famous cabaret show – Alcazar Show.

Day2

Today we visit Coral Island. Here we enjoy parasailing and Speed boat ride. We shall view the colourful underwater life from the Glass Bottom Boat. We also get a chance to enjoy the various water sports like Banana Boat, water scooter, underwater sea walk etc. on your own. In the afternoon, we visit the famous and the world’s biggest Gems Gallery where we enjoy shopping precious stones and witness a spectacular light and sound presentation of the glittering world of gems. In the evening we relax ourselves with Scientific Thai massage.

Day3

Today we proceed to Bangkok City. Upon arrival, we visit Safari World – an open zoo where visitors can marvel at the animals living in their natural habitat. At Marine Park, there are a variety of exotic marine animals and shows like Orang Utang Monkey Kick Boxing Show, Cowboy Stunt Show, Sea Lion Show, and Dolphin Show

Day4

Today we enjoy the city orientation tour which includes the 'Wat – Pho' – the temple of the reclining Buddha. Then we have free time for shopping at Indra Square.

Tour guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group flight departure time and start their journey back home.
Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will leave the group after the scheduled program. The transfer charges to reach their respective airport/cruise/rail/bus terminal will be borne by the (J&L) guests.

Airline:
On group tours, we generally fly with airlines that are group-friendly.
Group tours are based on economy class, if you wish to travel by Premium Economy / Business Class / First Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.
During your air travel, refreshments and meals are provided as per the airline policy. However, we recommend you to carry dry snacks of your choice for the flight journey.

Transport:
For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending on the respective tour group size.
The seating arrangement in the coach is based on booking priority. Seat numbers 1 & 2 are reserved for Tour Managers and Tour Guides. Seat numbers 3 & 4 are reserved as Prime Seats which can be availed by paying an additional cost.
If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.

Sightseeing attraction:
Given the current dynamic situation, some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice. Sometimes due to rush or changes in the reservation system, entrance to the sightseeing attractions may be unavailable; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing place if possible or refund of the entry fee will be given.

Hotels:
The hotels on tour are comfortable and have been appreciated by tripo junjgle guests in the past. The category of hotels on international tours is a mix of three-star, three-star superior, and basic four-star. Kindly check your respective hotels before booking your tour.

Room Sharing:
Sometimes, two single unfamiliar travellers (gender - alike) share a room, should read the instruction paper along with the terms & conditions and abide by the same.

Meals:
On tour, we provide all meals, from day one to the last day, as mentioned in the itinerary.
In case of early arrival or late departure due flight timings, guests will be provided an additional meal/s without any extra cost.
In case of connecting flights, if the transit time exceeds beyond five hours, guests will be provided with a meal/meal coupon.
Generally, meals are provided in the restaurants. On certain occasions, packed meals will be provided for the ease of itinerary operation/sightseeing.
Breakfasts are generally continental on European tours, whereas, lunches and dinners are Indian OR Indian along with a local dish OR local cuisine, OR at times fast food meals from Subway, McDonald’s, etc.

Visa:
tripo jungl4e takes maximum tourists from India to South East Asia through group tours, customised holidays and corporate tours (MICE).
Every month tripo jungle  Visa Facilitation Team of 80+ members assist thousands of our guests for visa documentation, visa application, visa submission to VAC/VFS/ consulate, collection of passports from the VAC/VFS/ consulate on guest’s behalf wherever applicable. However, all guests should be aware of the fact that ‘issuance or granting of visa to any guest’ is at the sole discretion of respective country’s consulates/embassy.
tripo jungle  does not play any role in the actual granting of the visa. Veena World cannot be held responsible for delay or rejection of the visa by the respective consulate. In the rare event of a visa delay or rejection, cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy of tripo jungtle 
We request all our guests to start the visa application process well in advance or immediately after the tour booking.
Certain consulates send the passports directly to the guest’s residential address as per the Visa application form. Guests are requested to thoroughly check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.
Guests who are Joining & Leaving (J&L) or guests already holding a visa or guests who are opting to do the visas on their own should check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.
Deviation guests who are leaving early or returning late than the scheduled tour, should check their visa status/validity according to their personal programme.

Upgradation on tour:
Flights: Group tours are based on economy class, if you wish to travel by Premium Economy / Business Class / First Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.
Cruise: Cruise accommodation is generally in a room with a port hole or a room with a balcony. You can upgrade to higher category rooms by paying an additional cost subject to availability.
Trains: Train journeys during the tour are in Standard class. You can upgrade to higher category like Standard Premier or Business Premier by paying an additional cost subject to availability.
Vehicles: For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending on the respective tour group size. If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.

Exclusion

• Govt Tax of 5% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned
• Tax collected at source (TCS) applicable at 5% on tour price if PAN & Aadhar is provided else it will be 10% of tour price
• Visa Fee
• Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt
• Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category
• Cost of Air ticket deviation charges
• Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure
• Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour
• Cost of insurance for 60 years and above
• Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary
• To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, visa fees to join/leave the group for joining and leaving guests
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
