Refund Policy for tripojungle

• 1. Cancellation by the Customer

  Up to 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus administrative fees

  15-29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  Less than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund, but you may reschedule the trip for an additional fee

• 2. Cancellation by tripojungle

  In the event that TRIPO JUNGLE cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or can opt for a credit toward future trips.

• 3. Non-Refundable Services

  Some services such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, or third-party activities may be subject to separate refund policies. Please review the terms of each service carefully.

• 4. Refund Process

  Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

  The refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
