1.1 Thank you for choosing tripojungle. We strive to ensure you have a memorable and enjoyable holiday experience. To avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following 'Terms and Conditions' and our Privacy Policy before booking any tour, holiday, or service with tripojungle—whether at our sales offices, with sales partners, on our website, mobile app, or through any other platform. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm your acceptance of these 'Terms and Conditions'. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, we recommend refraining from completing your booking.

1.2 Tripojungle reserves the ultimate right to interpret and clarify these 'Terms and Conditions'.

1.3 Tripojungle reserves the right to amend, vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition mentioned in the ‘Terms and Conditions’.

1.4 Under any unprecedented force majeure situation or any changes in Government policy, Veena World reserves the right to supersede any part of these ‘Terms and Conditions’ with an alternate and valid enforceable provision.

1.5 Each of these ‘Terms and Conditions’ shall be severable and if any provision thereof is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then remaining provisions nevertheless shall have full force & effect.

2.1 These 'Terms and Conditions' be called, 'TRIPO JUNGLE PVT LTD Terms and Conditions' or 'TRIPO JUNGLE Terms and Conditions'.

2.2 These 'Terms and Conditions' may also be referred as 'Rules and Regulations'

3.1 TRIPO JUNGLE PVT LTD works under the brand name TRIPO JUNGLE, therefore, both these names will be considered one and the same and used synonymously therein.

3.2 Website means www.tripojungle.com and Web page means a page on the Website www.tripojungle.com.

3.3 Tour means any Domestic/ International/ Inbound Tour organized by TRIPO JUNGLE.

3.4 Brochure means a document with tour information in the form of printed brochure, E-brochure, E-itinerary, leaflet, booklet, travel planner, Tour Price list, Tour Information Email etc.

3.5 Group Tour means number of guests booked on any scheduled tour comprising minimum 20 guests for Indian tour and 30 guests for international tour.

3.6 FIT means Free Independent Travel and GIT means Group Inclusive Tour.

3.7 Child means a guest who falls below the age of 11 years.

3.8 Infant means a guest who falls below the age of 2 years.

3.8 Extra bed or mattress means an additional roll-on mattress on floor in twin/ double bed room.

4.1 Booking of Group Tour, Customized Holiday, Corporate Tour, Inbound and any independent service through Sales Channels or Online through website.

4.2 Customized Holiday Booking.

4.3 Corporate Tour Booking.

4.4 User Registration on Website.

4.5 Communication with the Guest.

4.6 Physical and Mental Fitness.

5.1 Documents Required for Booking a Tour.

5.2 Photo Identification.

5.3 Passport.

5.4 Visa (International Tours).

5.5 Travel Insurance.

5.6 Foreign Nationals or Non-Resident Indians.
